$1,000 per night Fri, Sat & Holiday Weekends (two night minimum/ $150 Cleaning Fee).
$800 per night Sun through Thu (no minimum stay/$60 cleaning fee for 1 night stay).
$5,000 per week/$150 Cleaning Fee.

Additional per-person rate is $100 per night Fri & Sat, $80 per night on other nights.

Rec Room - I can also offer "dorm" style housing for up to 8 people in the rec room for a group booking. The rec room is adjacent to the Bungalow.

Amenities include: Bathroom (shower. sink. toilet), mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle.

$65.00 per person per day. Includes linens and towels.

Rates are based on occupancy of up to 2 adults (no charge for up to 2 children, under 12 years of age, Bungalow only).
