The home is a corner duplex with the advantage of one close neighbor and a securely fenced yard for privacy. There is also a garage with laundry facilities. The indoor patio/game room is a bonus and opens to an outdoor patio, back yard and side yard (can be viewed from the kitchen window). Windows at ceiling height in the front room provide a breath-taking view of the mountains (sunrise and sunset). The neighborhood is quiet, attractive, well established, and much desired by locals and newcomers. Neighbors are multigenerational, proud of their town, and hospitable. For the convenience of guests, the house is a block from the local golf course and close to the downtown arcade and Libby Park and Libby Bowl where major music festivals and numerous other events are held. Guests can walk, bike, drive, or take the trolley to town and other nearby attractions.

Guests can enjoy music, TV, books from a small library, cooking a meal in the cozy kitchen, and enjoying it in the attached dining room, or quiet meditation and rest when not enjoying the town’s offerings.

The scenery in this valley surrounded by mountains is to die for and includes the famous pink sunset. Nearby Lake Castaic also provides opportunities to fish, enjoy a boat ride, hike, or camp out. There is also the nearby woodsy Camp Comfort.
